WALL DISPLAY OPTIONS
With the variety of mediums, products and sizes available, choosing what best suits your needs can be overwhelming. We’ll take a look at several options, both traditional and contemporary, that can be used to showcase your photographic gems.
.
Prints in frames: The most traditional of options, this type of display gives you the most flexibility since the images in the frames can be changed as you choose. For images 11×14 and larger, we mount them on a 2mm white styrene board to protect them from warping when framed.
.
Standouts: A contemporary mounting option that doesn’t require a frame to hang on the wall, it is made by placing a photographic print on a lightweight foam banded with a black edge. The sleek edges and sides of the standout mount can create a modern wall display with the focus all on the image.
.
Float Wraps: A truly unique option to display images, float wraps are similar to standouts in that they add dimension by extending out from the wall. The difference is that they appear to be floating on the wall with the main focus on the image! They are created by wrapping the photographic print or canvas print around masonite to create a thin wrap.
.
..
Gallery Wraps: An elegant, frameless option for your favorite images. Every print is sprayed with a UV coating and meticulously stretched over a sturdy wooden frame to provide a seamless look. These wraps are available in fine art canvas or metallic and lustre photographic paper.
